Challenges Solved

IP Translation

Converted a digital progression based app into a physical product without relying on digital tracking, timers, or backend systems.

Differentiation from Existing TCGs

Avoided direct Pokémon style combat cloning by focusing on growth, progression identity, and collection strategy rather than pure duel mechanics. Very original game mechanic. 

Education vs Entertainment Balance

Positioned the product so it could function both as:

  • A collectible entertainment product
  • A school friendly wellness tool

without compromising commercial viability.

Concept demonstrates how a health tech IP that gained national visibility through Die Höhle der Löwen can expand into physical retail while reinforcing brand identity and increasing lifetime value beyond app usage.
